The portable version of the page does not update.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "https://www.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions/"


Actual Results:
2. There is no link for portable version 25.2.1.

Expected Results:
2. There is a link for the portable version of Version 25.2.1.


Reproducible: Always

I see the resolution as "resolved/moved". But isn't it mandatory to mention, moved *to where*? I suppose, we need a bot to reject such resolution without a target link (and it would need an intelligence, to tell the link in comment 2 from a proper target link ;-D)

It was an optimistic resolution. If nobu refuses to email website list, then the optimism was unfounded.
