If the Notes Pane is undocked, and neared to the lower or right edge of the Impress window, it does not indicate with dashed outline that it would snap to the window edge.

1. Open a new presentation with a non-GTK backend (GTK does not allow it to be undocked - but maybe that's the correct way for this to work)
2. Enable View - Notes Pane
3. Tear it off from the bottom window edge
4. Try to near it back to the bottom window edge
-> There is no dashed outline indicating it would snap back
On the other hand, maybe the ability to be torn off should be removed - I don't see why this makes sense in the first place (UX input?)
