Icon on the collapsed Notes Pane

When the Notes Pane is visible, it has a small downward facing arrow icon to collapse it.
This does not change after clicking on it to an upwards facing arrow icon, indicating the Notes Pane can be shown.

1. View -> Notes Pane
2. Click the downward facing icon to collapse it
-> the NP is collapsed, but the icon does not change to an upwards facing one. Clicking it again shows the full Notes Pane, so it works fine

As anoother good example, the sidebar has different rigt-left facing icons to show it can be collapsed or it can be shown.
