Description:
Customize, Options windows don't remember window size

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Options or Customize menu and resize it by pulling from lower right corner with mouse
2. Close menu
3. Open menu again

Actual Results:
Menu reopens in default size

Expected Results:
Menu would open in the size and shape you last resized it into.

(unless of course display resolution has shrunken and it would not fit to display anymore. In that case it would either reopen in default size or be shrunken so much that it fits screen comfortably.
