When trying to load the libre icon on my Dell computer, I get a report saying this can only run on a certain program start. Do not recall the number at this time. I am trying to logon, as normal, and this is today is the first day I am unable to logon go get to my working site. I do get a list of the Computer documents I want to update, but cannot get to the working area telling me to select the document, to be updated. as a result of having to update several passwords, on this document, and print it our for my personal use. I have used this product for many years, and this is the first time I have encountered. It is a major problem for me if I cannot updated these passwords. Due to many accounts for bill pay, checking opm and ssa information, among many others. I need to keep track of the user ids, and passwords to carry payments, orders and other activities. I am 84 and while I can do the normal activities, I am no expert by any means, and I can only perform help instructions, by verbal or online chats. I am sorry that I do not understand the questions after Importance. I just click on the libre icon and follow using the information on the board to get my documents and do updates. Sorry
This needs more info before attempting to confirm such as what is the "certain program" that the report is asking for. Please report any errors or error codes that appear.
