Description:
The Appearance page in Settings does not seem to have a corresponding Help page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Appearance
2. Click the Help button


Actual Results:
Could not find Help page (404).

Expected Results:
There is a Help page.

The Help page has been implemented for 25.8. See

However, the fix cannot be cherry-picked to 25.2 because of the string freeze.
