Description Paolo Benvenuto 2025-04-18 16:05:25 UTC
Description:
When using tables in the attacched document, paragraph style continously reset:

- If the table paragraph have the default style, Table Contents, that style resets to its defaults when performing certain operation

- if another style is assigned to the table paragraphs, the appearance resets to the appearance of the Table Contents style when performing certain operation; the paragraphs mantain the assigned style, and ctl-m will return them to its due appearance (loosing custom formatting)

- when the sytles reset, some table properties (like padding) are reset, too

What operation trigger the reset?

- inserting/deleting rows
- others (I don't remember at the moment)

However, if I create a new document and insert a new table, the bug isn't present.

Maybe this bug is relate to something legacy?

Comment 2 Paolo Benvenuto 2025-04-18 16:14:50 UTC
Well, if I copy the table content and I put it in a new table, the bug isn't present

That looks like a duplicate of https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126008 for me
