Description:
Specifically the portable version Version of 25.2.2 deletes preferences and customizations from version 24. I am fortunate to have made a backup version of the portable files. Using Windows 10 x64

Actual Results:
All my preferences were reset including importing spreadsheet files

Expected Results:
i expected updates to retain personalizations like they have in the past
