Description Uralion 2025-04-23 12:52:47 UTC
Description:
Hi!
Right now I can´t select a bibliographic entry type for document content, as the combobox is always empty. This makes impossible to add any new entrie fron scratch as this field is mandatory.

An image will be attached in the next message.
Thank you very much!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Insert/Table of Contents and Index/Bibliography Entry.../
2. Select Bibliography Database/Document Content
3. Click on New button

Actual Results:
A dialog opens and its Type combobox is empty, so OK button can never be pressed.

Expected Results:
Type combobox has all entry types, so OK button can be pressed.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Entry type combobox

Here the empty combobox and the greyed OK button can be seen.

Same version, windows 11, no entries, two empty lines in document type combobox in "Add entry" form. Tried with adding Bibliography in an empty (new) document after resetting user data and after reinstalling the whole thing (roger'd it'll delete user data). No entries in document type field.
I use Hungarian l10n.

Can confirm in

Version: 25.2.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 7370d4be9e3cf6031a51beef54ff3bda878e3fac
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.11; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Flatpak
Calc: threaded

but no longer in

Version: 25.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: f355ddcbf2bf037263e336724829b5467b94ef40
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.11; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US

looks like the fix was already up-streamed, though I don't know when and what versions will the fix be in. 25.8 for sure
