Description: Having an image be outside of a frame but placing anchor of it in a frame will cause inconsistencies. Either LibreOffice or MSOffice or both doesn't seem to conform to the specification? Or the spec is not clear enough? I'm not a dev though. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Placing an image anchor in an frame. 2. Place the image outside of the frame. Don't change the anchor. 3. (Optionally) save this to DOCX and reopen that. Giving it another look. 4. Opening the ODT (and DOCX) that you created with LibreOffice in MSOffice. Actual Results: Formatting errors. Expected Results: Works accross the Office Suites without an issue. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-GB Module: StartModule OS: Windows/Ubuntu

If it is a bug, then inherited from OOo. But maybe the difference is Word, resizing the frame with the image inside.
