Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode But looks if the 'Text size' (accessibility) on Windows is too big.
ok, text size was set to 134% in accessibility windows panel.... Set to 100% is ok. Could we expect one day that LO could follow this accessibility parameter ?
Have you tested with other text size, maybe only changing from 134 to 133 makes a difference.

You can also test with Menu>Tools>Options>LibreOffice>View - Force Skia software rendering, or with none of the options for Skia. If the problem is related, try updating the graphics driver from the vendor, no only on Windows itself.
