After searching a while, I've found https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/projects/nlc-de/issues?set_filter=1 

However, the last activity is 2 years ago. Also, I've created a SSO single-sign-on account to be able to create a new ticket there, but this does not work. After return from the SSO page, redmine still treats me as not signed in.

Therefore reopening here.
