Description bugzilla 2025-05-05 05:22:41 UTC
After installing LibreOffice (Solus 4.7, Budgie) and keeping the default theme, the Calc formula bar had a solid black background. The only apparent fix is to change the system theme, which had broader implications.

Can an entry be added specifically for the formula bar background in "Tools | Options | LibreOffice | Appearance | Customizations"?

Try changing the theme, apply and go back to the previous.

Yes, you can change the system theme, but that affects much more than just Calc or LibreOffice. If a specific entry can be added to only affect the Calc formula bar, it wouldn't impact applications and desktop elements outside of LibreOffice.

The LibreOffice theme.
Menu>Tools>Options>LibreOffice>Appearance.

Tried that. Only LO theme out of the box is "Automatic". I can create a new theme, but that doesn't address the formula bar issue since there's no related Customization. Unless I'm missing something?
