Link to the Belarusian alphabet (last character) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarusian_alphabet. Steps to Reproduce: 1.If the Belarusian keyboard layout is installed, simply type this symbol. Please have a look at your settings in Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect Options and there on tab "Localized Options". Please report which "Local setting" you have set in Tools > Options > Languages and Locales > General.
