Description:
Incorrect list item is narrated with JAWS screen reader when navigating from one list item to another.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ordered or unordered list with several items.
2. Turn on JAWS screen reader.
3. Navigate before the list start.
4. Navigate by line using the Down arrow key several times.

Actual Results:
JAWS narrates the same list item twice.

Expected Results:
JAWS should narrate the list item the text cursor has been navigated to.

This sounds like the same issue as described in tdf#166546 (or the variant mentioned in my tdf#166546 comment 1), so probably makes sense to retest once that one has been solved.
