Split from bug 166588

What's New tab has a "Credits" button. That is out of place at that location. About screen has credits link and that's where it belongs.

Suggestion was made in bug 154593 to include credits.

Remove as in no action button makes the dialog busy. And so far no good alternative has been suggested for the credits. Plus, I believe the volunteers deserve a prominent place.
