With rework of Appearance tab for bug 164970 the icon theme controls are being relocated. Leaving just Mouse behavior, font preview, and rendering engine.

Probably appropriate to rename Options -> 'View' panel. Perhaps as 'Rendering' or such.

Closing in on string freeze for 25.8, so a rename of Options -> View as "Rendering" would best be done now if reasonable.

We discussed the topic in the design meeting.

Ideally we get rid of the tab by moving the two frames into the Advanced tab. The same could be done for OpenCL (if not done with bug 151144).

To be more precise: Graphics Output and Font Lists => Advanced and Mouse => General.
