Description:
Anchoring image to heading and pressing undo puts image above text

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image frame. Anchor becomes visible
3. Drag the image anchor after Liddi
4. Press CTRL+Z (wrong)
5. Save
6. File- Reload -> Fine

Actual Results:
Image above text

Expected Results:
Text layout being refreshed
