Description:
I need to generate a new document every week with changing text but always with the same the background pic that is set to 65% transparency.
When I open the file, the pic is still there but without its transparency settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate document with Background pic set to 50% transparency
2. Save and close
3. Reopen document

Actual Results:
Transparency lost

Expected Results:
Transparency should be kept


Reproducible: Always

I'm having some trouble reproducing this bug; can you please provide clear steps on how exactly you're setting your image for the document and/or a sample document with any sensitive information removed? (Please note that the attachment will be public; remove any sensitive information before attaching it.
