Elements of the MSO ribbon, including groups

Many of the controls on MS Office ribbons are divided into groups; see the attached illustration. Our tabbed UI kinda-sorta has groups, or at least there is the appearance of them.

It would be useful to make these more explicit and visible, and to help the user to mentally perform the grouping of tabbar functionality, if we supported the thin, wide labels at the bottom of groups which specify the group's title.

For example, MS Word's View tab has the following named groups: Views, Show, Zoom, Window, Macros.

I'm not suggesting all controls should be in groups; nor that we should use the same group decomposition as MS Office.

There is also the question of, if this feature is introduced, whether the user should be able to toggle group titles on and off. Let's keep that one as "doers decide" if this feature is approved.

@Eyal, how is this not a duplicate of your request in bug 166350 -- "Support framed groups with corner expansion button, on Tabbed notebookbar tabs"?

Adding a "group label" (as taken from our NB Grouped bar offerings) to the Glade assemblage seems part of that ask already.

Your annotated image of MS Ribbon UI elements (including its non-implementable CSD) could simply have been added to the earlier request.
