on page 7, it turns the image and the text beside it into several images.

I turned my file into pdf. All was fine except for a portion where the text was transformed into several images. Henceforth when i want to read it on a pdf reader it is an image that i cannot interact with.

I am unable to reproduce the bug.  Can you confirm the version and operating system you are using? (like below from the help -> about -> version information.

You can also try in safe mode and upgrading to the newest version of LibreOffice.

Printing to PDF can will create images. So pressing Print, and print pick Print to PDF.

You need to use Export to PDF
