Description:
For recent documents in the Basic-IDE, only pinned documents can be selected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Start Center.
2. Make sure you have more than one recent document.
3. Pins one or more files and leaves some files unpinned.
3. Open Basic-IDE.
4. Menu (in Basic-IDE) - File > Recent Documents

Actual Results:
5. Only pinned files appear in the list.
   If there are no pinned files, only "No Documents" appears in the list.

Expected Results:
5. You should see a list of documents that follow some rules.
