Description:
With a pair or more of linked frames, regardless of which frame is selected, the first linked frame moves when using cursor keys.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two or more frames
2. Link them all together in a daisy chain
3. Select second or later frame
4. Attempt to use cursor keys to move selected frame

Steps were reproduced when restarted in safe mode

Actual Results:
First frame moves

Expected Results:
Selected frame moves


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Frames can still be moved independently and correctly by dragging with mouse.

Thank you for reporting the bug. I can confirm that the bug is present in both versions of LibreOffice listed below. Regardless of which of the linked frames is selected, only the first responds to the arrow keys.
