Description: With a pair or more of linked frames, regardless of which frame is selected, the first linked frame moves when using cursor keys. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create two or more frames 2. Link them all together in a daisy chain 3. Select second or later frame 4. Attempt to use cursor keys to move selected frame Steps were reproduced when restarted in safe mode Actual Results: First frame moves Expected Results: Selected frame moves Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Frames can still be moved independently and correctly by dragging with mouse.
