Description:
You cannot see the main menu without exiting document

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open some document in libreoffice 
2.
3.

Actual Results:
You cannot see the main menu without exiting document

Expected Results:
Open main page by clicking to icon "libreoffice" and see the main menu even you opened other document


Reproducible: Always

That is called "Start Center". The Main Menu is the element under the window title, shown by default in non-tabbed mode, and which opens drop-down submenus when selected: File, Edit, View, Insert, ...
