Description:
Numbered list off, after undo of the re-instate action

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Edit -> Track Changes -> Record ON
3. Place cursor after B 
4. Hit backspace
5. Right click B -> Reinstate
7. Press Undo once of multiple times

Actual Results:
Bullet number 3 shows as 3 [2]

Expected Results:
Simply showing 3 without [2]

1. Open the attached file
