This morning I sat down at my computer, opened an .xlsx file that a trusted person sent me, and clicked Help in the menu bar.  The crash/save dialog came up, I clicked ok, then the restore dialog came up and restored most documents, then I clicked Help again, and the crash/save dialog came up once more.

I supposed you install LO help package.
There's a bug which has been fixed from LO next release 25.2.4.
For the moment, as a workaround, you can uninstall help package.

Of course, if I'm wrong don't hesitate to tell and reopen the tracker.
