Description:
Yesterday I ordered a €5 per month subscription to the Libre Office word processor, but nothing is happening. I must have registered with you for free with morpainbis@free;fr, which is the name of my computer (I don't remember why) but is not my email address. My email address is morpain@free.fr. Please tell me what I need to do to benefit from my subscription as soon as possible. I live alone. Thank you in advance. Jean MORPAIN

Where was the subscription registered? As far as I know, the word processor is not available separately.
