Description:
The "Input Help" in Cell validity goes beyond the background frame.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc
2. Insert Data Validation to Cell [A1].
3. Enter "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" in "Input Help" and turn on "Show input help when vell is selected" and close it.

Actual Results:
4. Help text is overflowing from the background frame.

Expected Results:
4. The background frame will be expanded to prevent the help text from overflowing.
