Some tips-of-the-day are generally relevant, while some are module-specific.

When opening LibreOffice in a specific module (say, Writer), it is not a good idea to show a TotD relevant to another module (say, Calc); such tips should be skipped.

When starting using the Start Center, any tip would do.
