sometimes when there is written text oustide of the table it does not close though.
Have you tried locking the toolbar?
yes, the "lock position" checkbox is checked and the toolbar handle isn't shown, so it's locked. doesn't help, unfortunately...
Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode
