Description:
Undo doesn't restore original size of image frame, but moves the frame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached DOCX
2. Select the right border of the image frame & drag it to right (increasing the width by 2 or 3 CM)
3. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
CTRL+Z decreases frame to original size

Expected Results:
Frame doesn't shrink


Reproducible: Always

I could have reported a duplicate, true. However not the case. This is a recent regression
