Image not in the center of the image frame after DOCX export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached ODT
2. Save as DOCX
3. File -> Reload

Actual Results:
Image not centered in frame

Expected Results:
Image centered in frame

In 4.2. the frame is separated object. The image isn't embedded within the frame.

1. Open Attachment 'from Scratch'
2. Insert caption frame with caption. Very long image caption
3. Drag the right border of the image frame to the right (in an attempt to make a single line caption
4. Select the image (not the frame)
5. Press F4 or Right Click -> Image Properties
6. Position and Size tab. Press Original Size
7. Save as DOCX
8. File Reload
