Sparkline is missing for constant

When using sparklines in Calc, if all the values in the data range are the same (e.g., 1, 1, 1, 1), the sparkline is not rendered at all. This can be confusing for users, as it appears as though the sparkline is broken or missing.

Steps to Reproduce
1. In Calc, enter values 1, 1, 1, 1 in cells A1:D1.
2. Use the Insert ▸ Sparkline feature to insert a line sparkline in cell E1.

Observe that the sparkline is not visible.

Expected Result
The sparkline should display a flat horizontal line, indicating that the values are constant.

Actual Result
No sparkline is rendered at all — the cell appears blank.
