Description:
Bullets an Numbering dialog - Changing type from Bullet to Graphics Gallery bullet list does not open.

When trying to change a bullet to graphic from gallery you have to choose Graphics twice to open the bullet list every time you open Bullets an Numbering dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create a new presentation eg. BEEHIVE
    2. change to slide 2
    3. right click in the bullet paragraph and choose Bullets an Numbering dialog
    4. change type to graphics
    5. click Select Image
    6. click Gallery
Nothing happens (you can wait till you get old and wise like a former BoD member ;-))
    7. Click Select Image
    8. Click Gallery
       the Bullet list opens immediately

Actual Results:
the bullet list does not open
