design proposal, how could it be solved

When creating a hybrid PDF, there could be choices to either export PDF with bundled regular ODF file or its template
- appropriate ODF
- appropriate ODF template
Then opening hybrid PDF will open either regular file or template.
This would be extremely useful when preparing public templates on websites or any other environment.

What if opening the template for edit, and export to hybrid PDF?
