Description Joel Herzog 2025-06-17 20:09:33 UTC
Description:
When attempting to go to tools > Options > Load/Save > General the program will freeze. This has happened consistently on multiple computers I support.
It mostly happens on fresh installs of Libre Office 25.2.+.+ In Windows 11. It will not happen on older versions of Libre. Or when an older version is upgraded to 25.2+

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a fresh copy of the latest Libre Office 25.2.4.3
2. Go to tools > Options > Load/Save
3. As soon as you click on the General section the program will freeze and the only way to close is to kill the program from task manager.

Actual Results:
As soon as you click on the General section the program will freeze and the only way to close is to kill the program from task manager.

Expected Results:
It should bring up the general load/save settings window without freezing.

Reproducible: Sometimes
