Description:
after upgrade to current version the csv inport not working anymore

Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to inport following csv-file line:

1,2025-06-23_18:40:14,425524,+1.00000000E+01,+3.00000000E-07,+9.99996118E+00,+2.96333961E+01

Actual Results:
at +1 and +3 and +9 I got unknown character...

Expected Results:
+1 and +3 and +9 caracters


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
before the automatic software update, there was no problem

Make sure that you have UTF-8 encoding selected in the text import dialog.
