Writer shows only two pages instead three in DOCX file

This one follows by bug 142718

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attach 172707 in Writer
2. It shows only two pages instead three in MS Word

Actual Results:
Writer shows only two pages instead three in DOCX file

Expected Results:
Writer shows all three pages in DOCX file like MS Word shows


Reproducible: Always
