Description:
Evert time I open any Libre Office, I have to wait for it to update...AGAIN. Every time. It's just recently started this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Libre Office itself or any calc or any document.
2.

Actual Results:
Please wait while Libre Office updates...............................

Expected Results:
Stop updating already. One time and get it over with.

I assume this is on Windows although the OS field was set to all.

In Windows file explorer, can you navigate to %APPDATA%\libreoffice\4\user and pick from there these files and attach them to the report:

updates/updating.log
updates/0/update.log
updates/0/update-elevated.log
