Description: I clicked a .CSV file and a LibreOffice panel was presented with some information about upgrading my installation. After some while the upgrade finished and the import panel for parsing a CSV file was shown but all labels were in a language I don't know - prehaps russian or greek ? I found that each of the components of LibreOffice had the same issue so I can't use it and can't navigate to change the language and so installing my previous version downloaded (24.8.4). The version installed said 25.2.4.3 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Double-click on a CSV file. 2. (automatic upgrade occurred from 24.8.4 to 25.2.4.3) waited for upgrade to finish. 3. Import panel presented with language other than English. 4. Can't use and can't even attempt to change language as all labels are undeciferable. 5. Uninstalled LibreOffice and re-install my previously downloaded version (24.8.4). Actual Results: All components of LibreOffice show a language I can't read. Expected Results: The auto-upgrade should not have happened and certainly not showing a language the user is not familiar with. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Can't show anything as can't navigate anywhere in a foreign language. Can't capture any text from the Import panel and can't type any as I don't have the charater set on my US keyboard.
