Master document

When updating a master document (MD), the chapter documents (CD) are also modified (status "unsaved").

Step to reproduce
0) Download attachments in a temp folder
1) Open Chapter document, check CD is of state "saved". Keep CD open.
2) Open master document.
3) Update links (or update all). Tools - Update - Update all

Actual results
CD is in state "unsaved". At the moment there is no way to see waht changed

Expected result:
CD kept in saved state, no changes in chapter.

Comments
At the moment I found no way to highlight what the master document did to the chapter that requires a save operation.

The workaround is to keep all chapter closed, and execute the update in the master document. However this is not what users expect.

The MD should not modify chapter when updating.
