Description:
If a sheet is protected, dragging, cutting and pasting, or deleting all unprotected cells will prevent the original cells from being edited.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Uncheck "protected" in "Cell protection". (A1:B1)
2.Protect the sheet.
3.Press 'Back Space' key in A1. (Delete all)
4.Enter text in A1.

Actual Results:
"Protected cells can not be modified."

Expected Results:
Cell A1 is editable


Reproducible: Always
