I use

macOS sequoia 15.5 (24F74) on aarch64
Thunderbird 140.0
libreoffice 25.2.4.3

and want to attach my writer document to an eMail.

Sent... Document as eMail pops up thunderbird Compose Window with 
File name as Subject, but without any attachment.

Downgrading to 25.2.3.2, the attachment is attached in Compose Window
