Description:
Frame background color not instantly applied after change. Needs interaction (like dragging)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select Green Frame
3. Right Context Menu -> Properties -> Area tab -> Color Tab
4. Select yellow and press OK 


Actual Results:
The color isn't instantly applied

Expected Results:
The frame should update


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Retry
1. Open the attached file
2. Select Green Frame
3. Right Context Menu -> Properties -> Area tab -> Color Tab
4. Select yellow and press OK (might work OK)
5. Right Context Menu -> Properties -> Area tab -> Color Tab
6. Select Red and press OK (fails)

The color is not changing, but if I zoom in or zoom out the color will change
