Frame jumps to different position when selected 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the frame 'sentinel' on page 2

Actual Results:
Frame jumps from bottom to top

Expected Results:
Stable layout

tdf#99932: sw: fix for invalid anchor location for FLY_AT_CHAR mode

In such case anchor position depends on LastCharRect which can be
invalid because of happened frame movement, resize, etc.

I changed the font to Dejavu so that it would be two pages.
