Sample document for change tracking

When using the gtk4 VCL plugin, entries in the tree view in the "Manage Changes" dialog are not shown.

Steps to reproduce:

1) start LO Writer with the gtk4 VCL plugin (environment variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk4 set on Linux)
2) open the attached sample document
3) "Edit" -> "Track Changes" -> "Manage"

Actual result: No changes are displayed

Expected result: Changes should be shown in the tree view.

More details: This works fine with the gtk3 or qt6 VCL plugins.
