Description:
I'm in North America, but why would you assume I need any dictionaries and more than one interface languages ? 
(for dictionaries, It also installs French and Spanish; for interface - also en UK and En South affrican)
If I wanted extra, I can select myself in custom install.

By the same token- in custom installation, there should not be preselected more than a single language

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to install, choose custom
2.see what dictionaries are pre-selected
3.see what interface languages are pre-selected

Actual Results:
More than necessary are preselected

Expected Results:
No dictionaries by default; only 1 user interface language

The pre-selected dictionary for English (when my main interface language is english) - maybe that has a use and it's OK to be pre-selected.
