A sample file to reproduce this issue

Steps:

- Open the sample document.
- Select columns A and B
- Select > Table > Insert > Columns Before

Result:

- The new columns have the same width as the previously existing columns on the table. Only the already existing columns have their width adjusted.
So a user has to manually adjust them afterwards.

Affected versions:

This seems to be inherited from Apache Open Office as it is present in:

AOO4115m2(Build:9813) - Rev. 5f13fa0070

Also tested on: LO= 3.5.0rc.3 and 3.5.5rc.3 and LO Master:

Version: 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 69f6ff3c03e7f18edfceddd44d480859ba57c298

Reproducible: Always

This seems a new case of bug 125736 which pointed to optons that do not work.
So we may also close as duplicate and add the case there.
