Wow it's fun to see bug reports created for 7.3 at this time :-) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 133661 ***
Note that it was fixed already for 7.1. And that you see that for 7.3, means only that your templates were overwritten later by the ones from an older version (maybe that 6.4 that you mentioned in "and on", while confusingly setting the "earliest affected" to 6.0 for unclear reason).
