I have an hungspell dictionary already working for the extremaduran language but I can't select it in the language lists. I have a trick: use the asturian language locale. The extremaduran language has the SIL code "ext" as per ISO 639-3, so the Locale must be something like "ext ext-ES" because is a language used in Spain.
@Eike, I thought you might be interested in this issue
Make sure your dictionary identifies itself for "ext" or "ext-ES" then it should appear in the list of spelling tools' supported languages or when selecting language for a paragraph, for example.
*** Bug 168665 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This bug is not resolved properly. My language will not appear in the list of available languages until a new 'locale' is generated by the people of LibreOffice, even dough the dictionary is identified as "ext" or "ext-ES". I've issued another one: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=168665 But it has been closed because is duplicate of this one.
It is preferable to mark this one as duplicate and live the other as the original one unmarking the duplication.
It is a business of the team in charge of 'localization'
